Return Policy

Sales are final except in cases where a product received was damaged (excluding damage caused via the shipping process) or is the wrong specifications (ex. small shirt received instead of a large). In cases where damage is the result of shipping, customers must file a claim with the carrier the product was shipped through. Customers have 14 calendars days after receipt in which to return their product to the address associated with the specific product in question. Upon receipt of the original product at the directed shipping address, a new product of the same specifications will be provided. If the product that is ordered is not the product that is received, the original received product must be sent back to the address provided. The product must be in good condition (if applicable) and with tags and/or stickers still attached. A replacement product meeting the originally ordered specifications will then be sent to the recipient. If a replacement cannot be found or if the desired product cannot be fulfilled upon order, a refund will be issued for the product. In the event that a refund is authorized, Spotlight Sales Stage will have 10 business days to submit a refund to the recipient.
